Pit Bull Mortal Combat We must stop it!

The blood was everywhere, even on my clothes, when a paw of this dog was being torn away. It was right front paw. The fight drew out interminably. At the end of the fight the paw practically did not exist. All bones were broken.
The joints were pulled out and hung on threads of tendons. The tatters of pelage and muscles did not hide the bones. The dog was still alive and took heroic pains to stand on three paws.
He toppled down and the flinders of bones thuded into the wooden flooring. On the neck and shoulders there was almost no pelage any more. But the most awful thing was silence. The dog stood at bay for his life. He was silent. The small black dog had more of courage and honour, than all people that stood around. Only the dog's eyes cried: " Help! ". But nobody hastened to help.

Close to me stood the owner. He was silent, too, and he did not tried to do anything - he did not care about the dog, because he was loosing money. It was terrible! I am unable to describe that horror.

Blood, pain and horror - that is the dog fighting. Short life, pain and death is the destiny of fighting dogs. The creatures, that are initially created for love and happiness, are thrown in a hasher of the dog fights. In Russia it has accepted absolutely monstrous forms. How did it happen?

A few years ago a group of dogfanciers exported from USA unique exhibition dogs - American pit bull terriers, descendants of legendary fighters of XIX century, now very lovely and tender pets, who had more than 50 years long family trees. The dogs were intended for breeding and popularization of the breed in Russia. By mischance, Russian mafia took the farm under its control. They started to use these dogs for dog fighting.

The dogs perish, protecting their life and earning for the owners money by pain and blood. The dogs fight for the life. There are no winners in this battles. As a rule, both dogs die from wounds.
The survived dogs are very seldom eliminations.

It is useless to call for help of the police, because it is very corrupt, and mafia makes no bones when it kills. Therefore we do not tell our names, names of the dogs, city and region. We can work only as follows. We ransom dogs and give them to the decent kind people.


Now some of the dogs live in families. People have obtained devoted friends, and dogs have obtained loving owners. But the dogs are expensive, and our financial possibilities are circumscribed.

We have rescued the life of this dog
with the help of a miracle.



We have had no possibility to rescue the following dogs:


died after a fight at 4 years of age. During the fight his mandible was splited.


died of wounds at 2,5 years of age. He had multiple neck's and head's damages.



died after a fight at 3 years of age. His death was the result of kidneys' and liver's refusal. During the fight the fingers of the left front paw were torn away.

died during a fight because of a cardiac standstill at 2,5 years of age.
